New M I G Board Members
We are pleased to introduce two new M I G Board Members:
Yves Claude Aubert- who will be particularly involved with strategic matters within the Board of M I G. Yves holds an executive MBA from IMD Lausanne and graduated at CFPI as a CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst). He started his career in 1987 at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as a trader on fixed income and equities. He was then in charge of many strategic and business development projects. In particular, Yves established from scratch BCV’s first overseas presence in Singapore in 1994, then created and managed e-SIDER.COM, one of the first online brokers in Switzerland. Later, he designed BCV’s global e-business strategy. From late 2002 to 2006, as the CEO’s executive advisor at BCV, he has actively contributed to its successful strategic repositioning and turn-around by leading strategic projects. Since 2007, he has been an independent business consultant.

Régis Ducrey – who will be particularly involved with audit matters within the Board of M I G. Régis graduated from HEC Lausanne, the Business and Economics School of the University of Lausanne in 1986, holding a Master of Science. He has extensive experience as a licensed banking auditor by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission with Ernst & Young, one of the largest audit firms. Régis has been a Swiss Certified Accountant since 1996. In 2000, as a banking expert, he held the position of Secretary General (in charge of the global risk and compliance management unit of the bank) at Ferrier Lullin & Cie SA, a Geneva private bank subsidiary of the UBS Group, which then became the Bank Julius Baer Ltd. Since 2008, he has undertaken the responsibility of Chief Financial & Operating Officer at Société Bancaire Privée SA in Geneva.
With their vast and proven banking experiences, both Yves and Régis will be a major asset to M I G Investments in the lead-up to our Banking License application as well as with developing our company’s strategy. We would like welcome them on-board and wish them all the best for this mission.
