Hisham Mansour, CEO

Hisham's vision and leadership led to the creation of MIG Investments in 2003 which he then transformed into a leading online, international, Swiss brokerage. Today, as the CEO of MIG BANK, Hisham built up MIG from an initial team of 5 to over 100 today. His steadfast belief in empowering people through a unique approach to management has created a company culture that is built on confidence, teamwork and exceeding expectations. Hisham holds an executive MBA and began his professional career in 1999.

Wissam Mansour, CIO / Deputy CEO

Wissam has been part of MIG's executive committee as COO since 2006, and is instrumental to the company's development planning and increasing distinction in the industry. Wissam began his professional career in 2001 as the deputy CEO of Future Horizons, a family business specializing in trading foreign exchange and investments. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance and holds an executive MBA from the Business School of Lausanne. Wissam is the backbone and vitality behind MIG's operational facility and day-to-day activities. His total commitment to excellence and motivating, corporate management style is a key driver to MIG's success today.

Régis Ducrey, COO / CFO

Régis graduated from the University of Lausanne (HEC) with a Master of Science in Economics. He is a Swiss Certified Accountant and legally certified auditor registered by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission. He began his career at Ernst & Young where he worked for more than 10 years, in charge of mandates as a banking auditor and consultant. He then joined Ferrier Lullin & Cie SA (a subsidiary of UBS Group) in 2000, for the position of Secretary General of the group, heading the bank's global risk management and compliance unit. In 2005, after Ferrier Lullin had been bought by Julius Baer & Cie SA, Régis was nominated to the Extended Executive Committee for 'Suisse Romande', French speaking markets and Africa, and was responsible for Legal, Compliance and Business Risk Management for the region. In early 2008 he joined Banque Profil de Gestion (former Société Bancaire Privée SA) a private bank in Geneva, acting as Deputy General Manager (CFO), responsible for finance, administration and controlling. His seasoned knowledge of Swiss banking is an indispensable component to the strength of MIG's Board of Directors. He is also a member of MIG's audit committee.

George B. A. Mansour, Chairman of the Board

George is the owner and chairman of the Board of Directors for MIG BANK. He brings over 25 years of foreign exchange trading, new business development and investment consulting experience to the company. He is a crucial source of counsel for the company and is well respected as a seasoned professional in his native Jordan, where he established his first foreign exchange business. George also founded Future Horizons in 1999, a FX trading and investments company, based on the entrepreneurship of his son, Hisham. Together with his sons, Hisham and Wissam, the Mansour's form the nucleus and spirit of MIG BANK, as we know it today.

Michel Stanislas Broch, Board Member

Michel has over 20 years of experience in finance and banking law and is currently member of the Board and Audit Committees of banks in Switzerland. Previously, he was Chairman of the Executive Committee of Banque Safdié SA, Geneva. Prior, Michel worked 12 years at Ernst & Young SA as senior partner, deputy manager of Financial Services, and specialized in legal banking issues for banks and funds supervised by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission. He also spent 6 years working for Swiss regulators in the legal department. Michel is an independent advisor in banking and financial matters, and an entrepreneur in spirit, having founded the company Broch & Associés SA. He brings this drive and enthusiasm to MIG BANK as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and is also a member of MIG's audit committee.

Yves Claude Aubert, Board Member

Yves is a strategist and cross-functional expert in banking and financial services. His experience in the industry spans more than 20 years with Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, in Switzerland and in Asia. From new business development to e-business and change management, he has held various positions such as Executive Advisor, Head of e-Business, Chief Representative for South East Asia or Senior Trader. Today Yves is an independant board member & consultant. Yves' previous accomplishments, as a strategist and business developer, along with his strong initiative are a driving force for MIG BANK and its business success.

Charles Buhlmann, Board Member

Charles is a finance and accounting specialist with over 30 years of field experience across a wide range of sectors. He has an in depth knowledge of the local financial industry and his competencies range from financial reporting, auditing, and consulting, having held positions as Founder, Administrator, and counselor to various Swiss companies. Charles joined the MIG Board in 2003. His multifarious skills and expertise brings a crucial knowledge base to MIG BANK overall strength in the industry.
