HOWARD FRIEND, CHIEF MARKET STRATEGIST.
Howard initially spent 5 years as a Sales/Trader for a Japanese securities trading firm followed by a short spell at Reuters. He then moved into his specialist area of technical analysis and has undertaken numerous advisory and trading roles over the past 18 years. A strong advocate of the systematic approach to trading he has developed many highly profitable trading models for use in short-term trading based on his “Break and Retrace” trading methodology. His Multi Day and Intra Day systems generated over 4,200 pips in FX in 2010 and 2011. He is a member of the Market Technician's Association holding the ‘Chartered Market Technician’ designation. He has appeared regularly on the financial TV networks as a market commentator and conducts seminars and webinars on trading tactics.

 

BIJOY KAR, TECHNICAL STRATEGIST.
Bijoy has been working in the financial industry for the last 14 years. Recent experience includes working for a proprietary trading firm offering trade recommendations and market direction in FX, Fixed Income and Commodity markets, at times trading  these views.  Most recently Bijoy acted as a Foreign Exchange Technical Strategist providing intra-day and longer-term, real time trading recommendations for an independent market analysis firm catering to many large global financial institutions.  He is biased towards techniques that use internal market geometry and price action to structure his directional views.  Bijoy is a graduate of Imperial College in London holding a BSc and MSc in Applied Mathematics. He has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

 

RON WILLIAM, TECHNICAL STRATEGIST.
Ron has over ten years financial market experience. Starting in 1999, he worked as a Technical Analysis/Strategist for leading economic research and consultancy firms, producing high frequency research and trading strategies for a range of professional clients on both buy and sell-side. His strategies have appeared in mainstream publications, and he has commentated periodically on financial media programs. Ron dedicated the last four years working at Bloomberg L.P as a senior Technical Analyst Specialist. He is an active member of the International Federation of Technical Analysis (IFTA) and President of the Middle East & Africa Market Association (MEA-MA); holding both the MSTA and CMT professional designations. His specialist areas include market cycles/geometry, candle pattern trade setups and DeMark/Proprietary strategies.
